I've written a few articles on meditation in the past. It's a habit I'm glad I've developed. The video is the tip of the iceberg on the subject of meditation. Here are a few links to the articles I've written: http://selfgrowth4ever.com/what-is-meditation/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/100-benefits-of-meditation/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/how-to-meditate/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/meditation-techniques-the-easiest-technique/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/the-brain-waves/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/super-learning-and-meditation/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/brain-balance-or-brain-synchronization/ http://selfgrowth4ever.com/what-are-isochronic-tones/ As mentioned in the video, there are many tools to help make the meditation process just a little less frustrating and less intimidating. Check this page http://selfgrowth4ever.com/products/ under the meditation section and start meditating as soon as you can. Within a few days to weeks, you will notice a difference. Don't give up, just keep doing it ;) How To Make Friends?
It can be super tricky for people to make friends, but the truth is, it’s not. Here are a few more tips to help you succeed at making friends. Go Out and Socialize Join a few clubs. It really doesn’t matter what. It can be a book-reading club, sports team, chess club; the sky is the limit here. The whole point is getting the opportunity to meet new people. Invite Friends Over From Work or School Invite people over to your home for a meal, or simply invite them out to do an activity. It could be something as simple as a walk, or to the gym or even over for a movie. Old friends, acquaintances, work and schoolmates can turn into new, long-term friends. Stay in Touch Make sure you exchange numbers; email addresses or any other social media platforms that makes it easy to stay in touch. Sometimes we can be lazy. Weeks and months can go by without keeping in contact with your friends. Remember to keep healthy friendships, it’s important to stay in touch. Don’t Be Judgmental We often don’t give people chances by being overly judgmental. Hangout with as many people as you can, get to know them first and then you can decide who you would want to spend more time with. Be Patient From personal experience, it can be difficult to make friends depending on your location or culture. Certain parts of the world have a more welcoming culture and so it’s easier to make friends, while other parts of the world have a very cold, closed off culture and so it becomes hard to get your foot into the door. In these circumstances, be patient. It can take time, but it’s important to remember that in the cold, closed off cultures you will have to make the first move. With time you will meet great people. While editing this video I wondered whether I really wanted to have kids, lol. I hope you enjoyed it and yes, we do want to be parents in the near future. Only God knows what creatures we will spawn.

Jasmine promised that one she will write a book about the things guys do that girls hate. She said that the subject is so extensive that this video barely touched the surface. Well we definitely look forward to that book Jasmine. In the mean time enjoy the video!
It seems like the no make up challenge is trending in Brazil at the moment! Poor Jasmine got no nominations! Plus... NO ONE nominated Jasmine for the ALS ice-bucket challenge... Poor Jasmine has really been feeling left out... So... Since she is ever so practical, she nominated herself for the no make up challenge!
Just kidding... This was one of our first rehearsals and camera tests... Enjoy! We apologize from the bottom of our hearts for the late post. Our excuse is that LIFE happened. The last 2 weeks have been full to stay the least. Anyhow, here's mad Jasmine at her finest letting guys know what to expect when in a relationship with a women. Enjoy ;)
